2026 Easter Camps
Open to juniors starting from the age of 4. Groups are based on age and sessions are run by our experienced team golf professionals and racket sports coaches.
3 Weeks of Easter Camps are available:
March 30th - April 3rd
April 6th - April 10th
April 13 - April 17th
Golf Camps available for all ages:
4-7 years old 9-10am
8-12 years old 10-11am
13+ years old 11-12pm
12pm onwards extra coaching is available upon request
Tennis Camps available for all ages:
4-7 years old 10-11am
8-12 years old 11-12pm
13+ years old 12-1pm
1pm onwards extra coaching is available upon request

Entry Fee
£25 (12+ Years Old)
£15 (U12)
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to players based on Gross and Net Scores.
Times
Tee times between 9:00am and 1:00pm. Prize giving to take place at approximately 7pm but these times will be dependent on when the final groups finish their rounds. All participants are encouraged to attend the prize giving which will take place in The Golf House Club lounge.
Entry Requirements
Players in the under 18, under 16 and under 14 categories competing on Elie Links are required to have a WHS Handicap Index of 28.0 or below at date of entry. Players competing on the Baird course may compete with or without a WHS Handicap Index. Play on the Baird course is open to players of all levels, however players without a handicap will not be eligible to win the Net score prize.
Dress Code
For players on Elie Links, a dress code is in place, please check The Golf House Club website for full details. For players on the Baird Course, appropriate sporting attire will be suitable.
Rules
All competitions will be governed by the Rules of Golf as approved by The R&A and by local rules of the clubs. Players are not permitted to play with the assistance of a caddie or bag carrier. Parents and supporters are welcome to walk round the course at a suitable distance from players but are not to give advice.
Entry
Places in the Elie Junior Golf Open are limited and will be provided to players on a first come first served basis. ENTRIES CLOSE AT 5.00PM ON WEDNESDAY 1 JULY 2026. Entries will not be accepted after this closing date / time.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
Entries:
(a) The Junior Open is open to boys and girls under the age of 18 as at 00.01 on 1st January 2026, i.e. born in any year from and including 2008.
(b) Entries must be submitted via the official online entry form and payment of the entry fee must be made at time of entry.
(c) Entrants may enter in one category only.
Format:
(a) Competitors are requested to register at the Golf House Club Starters Office on arrival and not later than 30 minutes prior to their starting time.
(b) The Elie Junior Golf Open shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by R&A Rules Limited and the Local Rules of the Golf House Club (GHC) and Elie Sports Club (ESC).
(c) A player is prohibited from having a caddie during a round. Penalty for Breach of Local Rule: The player gets the general penalty for each hole during which he or she is helped by a caddie. If the breach happens or continues between two holes, the player gets the general penalty for the next hole.
(d) Competitors 12 years of age or older as at 00.01 on 1st January 2026, with a WHS Handicap Index of 28.0 or less at date of entry, may enter a category played on the 18 holes Elie Links course with trophies awarded to the best gross score in each category. Prizes will also be awarded for the best net scores in each category.
(e) Competitors 12 years of age or older as at 00.01 on 1st January 2026, with or without a WHS Handicap Index may enter and play 18 holes over the Baird Course with prizes awarded for the best net scores.
(f) Competitors under 12 years of age as at 00.01 on 1st January 2026 will play one round of 9 holes over the Baird Course with trophies awarded to the best gross score in each category. Prizes will also be awarded for the best net scores.
(g) Immediately after the round is complete, score cards must be returned to the Score Recorders in the GHC Clubhouse.
Prizes:
(a) Trophies will be presented in each age category as stated on the official entry form.
(b) Further prizes will be awarded by age category.
(c) Trophy winners will be given the opportunity to have photographs with their trophy. Trophies must not be taken away and will be held on display in the Professional’s shop.
General:
If a competitor acts contrary to the spirit of the game, the Committee will take appropriate action which may include reporting the facts to the competitor’s home club or national association. If a competitor is considered to have committed serious misconduct the competitor may be disqualified.

Summer Camps will have specific offerings that will be Golf, Racket sports or a multi-sport blend of both. There will be 6 weeks of Summer Camps in 2026.

Mini Tennis Tournament U10 Juniors
Encouraging our future tennis players both those that will go on to play at a higher level and those that will participate in the game for fun, this tennis tournament is for under 10 years of age (at the time of the event). Run by our tennis coach, Anna Myatt, the event will be team based with entrants teamed up by the coach to play a number of mini matches, The event will take place on our two mini tennis courts.

Elie Junior Open Tennis Tournament
Tournament Conditions:
Closing date for entries is 5pm on Monday 28 July 2025 (late entries will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Tournament organisers).
Matches will commence at the time indicated on the draw. Please ensure that players are available at the time, failure to be on court at the time will result in a forfeit of the match.
First round draws will be posted by 5pm on Wednesday 30 July on the Club noticeboard (situated outside the Professional’s shop).
Players may enter a tournament section in only one age category, i.e. U14 or U18. U14s may enter the U18 Mixed Doubles.
Age qualification is as at 00.01 on 1st January 2025.
The Tournament organisers reserve the right to change the format as required and in response to any unforeseen circumstances.
Tournament Format
Each tournament section will be played in a knockout format. The draw will be seeded where possible.
Each match will be played over one set of tennis. In the event of a tie at 6 matches all, a tie break will be played with the first player(s) to ten points being declared the winners.
The finals will be played on Friday 1 August.

Elie Festival Putting Competition
Elie Festival Putting competition is open to all who would like to participate. 18 holes of putting, £5 entry fee for adult non-members, £3 for junior non-members under 18, £1 entry fee for members. Entries are paid in the Pro’s shop and putting will be followed by an event in The Pavilion (details to be confirmed).
